Estimates and Project Scope
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
You acknowledge that:
- Additional preparation or repairs may be required once work begins
- Hidden surface issues (such as water damage, cracks, or prior coatings) may affect pricing
- Final costs may change based on site conditions
- Any changes in scope require approval before proceeding
Written estimates override any verbal discussions.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are set in the invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion.
You agree that:

- Late payments may result in fees or suspension of services
- Returned payments may incur administrative charges
- The Company may withhold final delivery until payment is completed

Where permitted by law, Frontline Painting may file a mechanic’s lien against a property in the event of non-payment for labor or materials provided.
You acknowledge that:
- Services improve the value of the property
- Non-payment may result in legal action against the property
- The Company may pursue all legal remedies available
Surface Conditions and Work Limitations
Painting performance depends heavily on surface condition.
You acknowledge that:
- Existing damage, moisture, or deterioration may affect results
- Previous coatings or poor preparation may impact adhesion or finish
- Additional surface preparation may be required and billed separately
We are not responsible for issues caused by underlying structural or material defects.
Warranty Limitations
Unless stated in writing, warranties apply only to workmanship performed by Frontline Painting.
Warranties do not cover:
- Pre-existing wall, ceiling, or surface defects
- Paint failure caused by moisture, leaks, or structural movement
- Customer-selected or supplied paint products
- Damage caused by impact, wear, or environmental conditions
Manufacturer warranties apply directly between the customer and product manufacturer.
No Guarantee of Long-Term Results
While Frontline Painting applies professional workmanship and generally accepted industry standards, we do not guarantee the long-term performance, durability, or appearance of coatings applied to surfaces that may be affected by environmental or structural conditions beyond our control.
Final results and longevity may vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to:
- The quality and condition of surface preparation completed prior to application
- Ongoing or future exposure to moisture, humidity, sunlight, and temperature fluctuations
- Weather-related conditions such as rain, storms, wind-driven water, flooding, or rapid climate changes
- Seasonal expansion and contraction of building materials
- The presence of prior coatings, repairs, or incompatible surface materials
- Natural movement, settling, or deterioration of underlying structures over time
Accordingly, performance expectations are inherently dependent on site-specific conditions and cannot be represented as permanent, uniform, or guaranteed under all environmental circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide clear and safe access to all work areas
- Remove or protect furniture, valuables, and fragile items unless otherwise agreed
- Ensure pets and children are kept away from work zones
- Disclose known issues such as leaks, mold, or prior damage
- Confirm authority to approve work on the property
We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to meet these responsibilities.
Site Conditions and Property Impact
Painting services may involve:

- Minor drilling, patching, or surface correction
- Temporary disruption to normal use of spaces
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by pre-existing wall conditions

- Restoration work outside the painting scope
Customer-Supplied Materials
If you provide paint or materials:
- No warranty applies to those products
- We are not responsible for coverage, durability, or color accuracy
- Labor charges remain applicable regardless of material performance
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments reserve labor, time, and materials.
You acknowledge that:
- Late cancellations may result in fees
- Repeated cancellations may require prepayment
- Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather or safety conditions
- Exterior painting work is weather-dependent

Severability
If any provision, clause, or portion of these Terms is determined by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The remaining sections shall continue in full force and effect as though the unenforceable portion had never been included.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any written estimate, proposal, invoice, change order, or formal service agreement issued by Frontline Painting, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties.
They supersede all prior discussions, communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
